For over 45 years, Eastern Shore Area Agency on Aging/Community Action Agency has been providing services to meet the needs of the growing and aging population of the Eastern Shore, regardless of their ability to pay. We take pride in knowing that we make a difference in the lives of so many individuals and their caregiver families. We also know that we couldn’t do what we do without the many individuals, businesses, and organizations that support us by donating their time and money, and we thank them all.
