Project Discovery/Horizons is an innovative youth program that gives low income and minority students in grades 7 through 12 a chance for a better life by exposing them to options after high school.  Consequently, it helps middle and high school students become the first in their families to go to college.

Project Discovery/Horizons involves the active participation of individuals, institutions, and organizations of the community working together to provide enriching experiences for the student/participant.
